ArtBeautyDolls creates strictly one-of-a-kind (OOAK) handmade art dolls. Because each doll is individually sculpted, painted, and dressed by hand, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read the full description, size, materials, and care instructions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to message me before placing your order.
2. Cancellations:
Order Cancellation Policy
We accept order cancellations only within 24 hours after the order is placed.
After 24 hours, the doll enters the production/packaging stage and cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Shipping:
Shipping Policy
All dolls are handmade to order and ship from Riga, Latvia.
- Processing time: 1–5 business days (depending on the doll)
- Shipping method: tracked international shipping
- Delivery time: 5–10 days to Europe, 10–21 days to the rest of the world (may be longer during holidays or customs delays)
Gift wrapping is available at checkout. Each doll is carefully packed in a protective box.
4. Care Instructions
All ArtBeautyDolls are made of premium Flumo cold porcelain and require gentle care:
- Dry cleaning only
- Keep away from water, direct sunlight, high humidity, and drops
- Pose gently — do not force joints
- Store in a display case or protected shelf
5. Payment:
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through Shopify Payments.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for processing your order and shipping. We do not share or sell your data.
7. Important Note for Collectors
All ArtBeautyDolls are collectible art pieces for adult collectors only and are not intended as children’s toys.
