Shipping Policy

All ArtBeautyDolls are handmade in Riga, Latvia and ship directly from the artist’s studio.

Processing time Each doll is prepared to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and careful packaging before shipping.

Shipping method We ship via tracked international courier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves Latvia.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA, Canada, UK, Australia and most other countries: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may be longer during holiday periods or due to customs clearance.

Gift wrapping is available at checkout. Every doll is packed securely in a protective box with extra padding.

Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
